Step by step

   Privately share your home

   Create a private premarket profile with photos and a price range. Your home is never publicly listed, and your street address stays encrypted until you choose an agent. Before agents see it, you verify your ID and upload proof that you own the home.

2. 02

   Verified agents compete

   Licensed New York agents who serve your town submit binding bids: their commission rate, their estimate of your home’s value, their marketing plan, and their timeline.

3. 03

   Compare and choose, or walk away

   Review each bid alongside the agent’s profile, photo, and verified license. Select the agent you want, or select no one. There’s never an obligation. Your selection is final once the agent’s $100 match fee is paid; if their payment doesn’t go through within 24 hours, the selection expires and you can choose another agent.

4. 04

   Pay only if you sell

   Listing is free. If your home sells through the agent you chose, you pay one flat technology fee at closing, based on the sale price. Never a percentage.
