   Get verified and set your service area

   Apply with your New York license, which we check against state records. Then choose your home-base ZIP and radius, and pick the towns you serve.

2. 02

   Get alerted to pre-market homes

   When a homeowner in one of your towns opens their home to bids, you get an email and app alert before there’s any public competition.

3. 03

   Submit a binding bid

   Bid with your commission rate, your estimate of the home’s value, your marketing plan, and your timeline. Your first bid on every listing is free.

4. 04

   Win the listing

   Homeowners compare bids alongside your profile and score. If they select you, your saved card is charged the $100 match fee. The selection is final once that payment succeeds, and then you get their address and contact details. If the payment fails, the selection stays pending for up to 24 hours while you update your card; after that it expires and the homeowner can choose another agent.
